Disappearing Color Spots Illusion

This is really amazing.Just stare at the small black dot in middle and you will see the colored spot disappearing .

i have the same effect in my bedroom, when there is little light coming in at night, sometimes when i stare at a point everything turns black and the shadow of the window dissapears
