Pulsating Patterns Illusion

While staring at the image, the pattern not only seems to pulsate but you may also see a range of dark spots alternately appearing and disappearing within the yellow disc. Furthermore, the yellow disc seems to float slightly. The illusion is mainly due to the unconscious and rapid movement of the eyes (saccades) between fixation points and to the bad integration of motion signals in our brain.
