Very cool, but I think the third eye (the one on the right in the image) is photoshopped. It looks like a copy of the center eye (i.e. his actual left eye).
It's a little confusing to look at, but even photoshopped, it's impressive because it attempts to follow the contours and features of the real man's face...

Haha, proof that I'm not the 'go to guy' for determining if it's a photoshop. I didn't even notice he was missing an ear!
