I doubt that's the "fault."<br /><br />The traffic light on the opposite side of the street from the woman waiting to cross is actually facing traffic. It's not a pedestrian crossing light. It's probably correct.<br /><br />Car too low? You're kidding, I know. <br /><br />I thought that maybe the shadow for the woman (and traffic signal post) were pointing in a slightly different direction from the shadow cast by the building across the street.
