Part of a Berlitz (language school) campaign. It takes a while before you realize that you actually CAN read the foreign signs.It just so confusing.

Bill Nye the Science Guy is an Emmy Award-winning educational television program, hosted by Bill Nye. It was originally broadcast on PBS from September 10, 1993 until October 3, 1997. Then after cancellation, aired reruns until February 5, 1999. Reruns later popped up on Nickelodeon's Noggin channel and aired there until 2002. The show also aired in syndication for a brief time. Each of the 100 episodes aim to teach a specific topic in science to a preteen audience. The show is frequently used in schools. KCTS of Seattle and Disney-ABC Domestic Television produced the show. The show ran about the same time and covered similar topics to Beakman's World.

Melting Building Mural

This melting building mural is located in Georges V Ave. in Paris France. Trompe-l’oeil is an art technique involving extremely realistic imagery in order to create the optical illusion that the depicted objects really exist, instead of being just two-dimensional paintings. The name is derived from French for “trick the eye”, from tromper - to deceive and l’oeil - the eye.

Garbage Shadow Illusion

Partners in both life and art, Tim Noble (1966) and Sue Webster (1967) explore the toxic influences of consumer culture through new modes of portraiture. Turning garbage into complex and visually arresting sculptural installations, Noble and Webster exploit, manipulate and transform base materials, often using self-portraiture to undermine the "celebrated" authorship of the artist. This artwork is called "Dirty White Trash", Six months' worth of the artists' rubbish.
